Celebrate Mother’s Day with these delicious offerings in Vancouver

    1 of 2 2 of 2

When it comes to irreplaceable folks in your life, there is no one like your mom (or your mother figure). This May 12, spoil her by taking her to one of the many dining spots in Vancouver which offer limited-edition menus for Mother’s Day weekend.

      Beaucoup Bakery

Beaucoup Bakery has recently announced its Le Citron Collection, a unique culinary creation inspired by citrus flavours. This selection will feature macarons, sharable cakes, and bite-sized bonbons, each with a twist of its own. The macarons will feature two intriguing flavours: a lime with lime buttercream and basil jam, and a grapefruit with matching buttercream and jam; meanwhile, the bonbons will feature something a bit boozier with a mandarin Grand Marnier jujube and yuzu caramel with a dark chocolate shell. Looking for something to share after brunch? The lemon roulade cake is a delicious lemon sponge paired with lemon mascarpone cream with raspberry jam and crunch.

Pre-orders are available now online here for pick-up from April 27 to May 12 at both Beaucoup’s Fairview and downtown locations.
