Canada’s Brian McKeever skis to second gold medal of 2010 Paralympics

      Canada’s Brian McKeever has done it again.

      Today (March 18), the 30-year-old cross-country skier from Canmore, Alberta, won his second gold medal of Vancouver’s 2010 Paralympic Winter Games.

      McKeever’s latest victory came in the men’s 10-kilometre classic visually impaired event at Whistler Paralympic Park.

      Helge Flo of Norway took silver.

      Nikolay Polukhin of Russia earned the bronze medal.

      On March 15, McKeever won gold in the men’s 20-kilometre freestyle visually impaired event.

      McKeever was guided by his brother Robin to both victories.
