Yes, it's true—Sacha Baron Cohen will play the legendary detective Sherlock Holmes and Will Ferrell will serve as his investigative sidekick Watson.

Cohen and Farrrell previously worked together on Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.

The screenplay, to be written by Etan Cohen (Tropic Thunder) will be based on the characters by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. The film will be produced by Judd Apatow and Jimmy Miller.
