This weekend is your last chance to check out the wild carnival of contemporary art at Emily Carr University of Art and Design’s annual grad and undergrad shows. Set aside some time to take in the myriad mesmerizing photography (like Krista Bailey’s Go Splash Some Water on Your Face, shown here), a genuine explosion of edgy new forays into painting, and a few boggling installations. Remember, this is your opportunity to scope out the art stars of tomorrow before they make it big, and in many ways, the future of visual art.
