John Carter
B.C. actor Taylor Kitsch stars in the title role of this Disney action-adventure, in which a hero must save a princess who is being held hostage by 12-foot barbarians on Mars. Directed by WALL-E’s Andrew Stanton, John Carter also features Willem Dafoe, The Messenger’s Samantha Morton, and X-Men Origins: Wolverine’s Lynn Collins.

Journey 2: The Mysterious Island
In the sequel to 2008’s Journey to the Center of the Earth, Sean Anderson (The Hunger Games’ Josh Hutcherson) sets out with a small group, which includes Dwayne Johnson and Vanessa Hudgens, to find his missing grandfather (Michael Caine) on a mythical island.

Man on a Ledge
An ex-con (Avatar’s Sam Worthington) ready to jump from a skyscraper distracts Manhattan police as a large-scale diamond heist goes on. This crime-thriller also stars The Hunger Games’ Elizabeth Banks and Tintin’s Jamie Bell.

Safe House
When a safe house in South Africa comes under attack, a rookie CIA agent (Ryan Reynolds) finds himself on the run with the agency’s most-wanted rogue agent (Denzel Washington).
