A second location for Stripped Wax Bar opened in Kitsilano at 1990 West 4th Avenue on May 30. Vancouverite Susan Vu opened the first Stripped Wax Bar in Yaletown (1226 Hamilton Street) two years ago.

The hair removal boutique offers a full-range of services for men and women, including Brazilians, Manzilian, and Vajazzling (priced from $15 to $80). In addition, the front-of-house shop carries lingerie by Hanky Panky and Honeydew, as well as homegrown feminine hygiene line I Love My Muff.

For its opening, Stripped Wax Bar went with an airplane theme—clear the landing strip!

I could just imagine the uproar if some salon serving men had a name like, I love my Shlong. I wonder how that would go over.
