Live Nation has announced that Canadian bands Elliott Brood and Wintersleep will co-headline a show at the Commodore Ballroom on Wednesday, November 14.

Elliott Brood is a three-piece alt-country group consisting of Casey Laforet (acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass pedals, bass guitar, mandolin, banjo, lap steel, vocals), Mark Sasso (banjo, guitar, harmonica, vocals), and Stephen Pitkin (percussion, drums, piano, vocals). Since forming in 2002, Elliott Brood has toured with acts like Wilco, Blue Rodeo, Corb Lund and the Sadies, and played festivals across North America, Europe and Australia.

Juno Award-winning indie rock group Wintersleep—on tour in support of Hello Hum—has been making music for a decade. In 2010, the band performed across North America, the UK, Ireland, and continental Europe, and ended under the lights of The Late Show with David Letterman in support of the New Inheritors album.

Tickets for the show are priced at $27 (plus service charges and fees) and go on sale this Friday (September 14) at 10 a.m. on the Live Nation website.

Tickets are also available for purchase by phone at 1-855-985-5000, at Zulu and Red Cat Records, at all Ticketmaster outlets, and through Rogers Wireless Box Office.
