Remember that scary sleeve-gun device used by Robert De Niro's character in the film Taxi Driver?

Well, it looks like some guy from Japan has a similar rig for quick-drawing his smartphone.

Check it out in this video. But, no, he doesn't rattle off the catchphrase: "You talkin' to me?"
