Programs Manager

MAPCL, a progressive non-profit community
iving agency requires a Programs Manager
responsible for the ongoing planning and delivery of its services to adults and children with
developmental disabilities.

Preference will be given to those who possess an undergraduate degree in psychology or related
discipline, some business experience or formal training, and two years management experience.

The successful candidate will have management experience in a unionized environment, be a good problem solver, have good crisis management skills, and strong written and verbal
communication skills. The Team Leader is
expected to participate in the on-going review and development of policies and procedures and will lead a team of supervisors in achieving high
standards of program delivery. An excellent salary and benefits package is offered. This is a
management/exempt position.
