Victoria Beer Week—an annual celebration of all things craft beer on Vancouver Island—will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, inviting beer drinkers and industry pros to indulge in suds-themed events over nine days in Greater Victoria.

VBW established itself during the big craft beer boom in 2014, highlighting local and international breweries. With the Victoria Beer Society, there have been more than 100 events that give a nod to the ever-growing craft beer culture in Victoria.

This year, events kick off tomorrow (March 1) and keep flowing until March 9, when VBW’s 10th Birthday Bash takes place at the Victoria Press Building, celebrating beers from the past 10 years.

Other events include tastings, a trivia night, brewery bus tours, and “Marchtoberfest,” a German beer- and dinner-pairing evening.

Prices for the VBW events range from $10 to $55, and highlight local breweries such as Île Sauvage Brewing, Hoyne Brewing, Moon Under Water, and Vancouver Island Brewing.
