Ain’t no party like a free block party because a free block party don’t stop.

Well, it will technically come to an end at 9pm on August 26, but not before a stellar lineup of talent takes to the stage at Monstercat’s Compound 2023.

The annual 19+ celebration of electronic music, art, and local community just dropped the lineup for its second stage, which features a collection of both local and international DJs and artists.

      Here’s the second stage lineup:

      • Punctual
      • warner case
      • Kelland
      • Yurie
      • Keepsix

Both Yurie and Keepsix are Vancouver-based artists who will be performing at Compound for the first time during the 2023 show.

“We are thrilled to have such incredible local talent headlining Compound this year,” said Max Nied, head of events at Monstercat, in a statement. “Supporting and showcasing our local artists is a core part of our mission, and we couldn’t be more excited to provide them with a platform in their home city. Their unique styles and contributions to the electronic music scene make them the perfect headliners for this epic event.”

The second stage lineup reveal follows a June announcement from Monstercat detailing the event’s main stage headliners, including Crankdat, Blanke, Nostalgix, CHYL, Godlands, and Ace Aura.

Compound 2023 will take place at Monstercat HQ. The party is free to attend, but those interested are encouraged to RSVP in advance. There are also VIP passes available for $40 that include premium lounge access, an exclusive bar, separate stage views, and a three-month subscription to Monstercat Gold.
