      The Possession
After a young girl buys an antique box at a yard sale, she becomes possessed by an evil spirit. This Canadian horror flick stars Kyra Sedgwick, Donovan’s Echo’s Natasha Calis, Red Dawn’s Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Vancouver theatre veteran Jay Brazeau.

      Samsara
Baraka writer-director Ron Fricke’s documentary spans 25 countries on five continents, shot over four years. The film shares some of the world’s natural wonders, people, cultures, and more.

      Taken 2
In the sequel to 2008’s action-thriller Taken, retired CIA agent Bryan Mills (Liam Neeson) and his wife are taken hostage while on a family vacation in Istanbul. When Bryan finds out that his kidnapper is seeking revenge for the death of his son, Bryan must enlist the help of his daughter in order to survive.

      To Rome with Love
Woody Allen’s latest romantic-comedy takes audiences to Italy, where several intertwining stories take place. An American architecture student finds himself in a love triangle with his girlfriend and her best friend; a middle-class worker’s life is serendipitously swapped with a celebrity’s; young newlyweds have a hard time adjusting from their rural upbringings to city life; and a retired opera director is convinced that a man who sings in the shower is his new star. To Rome with Love stars Alec Baldwin, Jesse Eisenberg, Penélope Cruz, Ellen Page, The Newsroom’s Alison Pill, and more.

      Won’t Back Down
Maggie Gyllenhaal and Viola Davis play two mothers determined to save their children’s education and the future of their inner-city school. Based on a true story, Beastly director Daniel Barnz’s drama also features Holly Hunter and Pineapple Express’ Rosie Perez.
