Do you want to build a snowman? Of course not. It’s July, and we’re only now getting into summer temperatures after weeks of heavy rain, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get into a frozen state of mind—Disney’s Frozen, that is.

Set to take the stage at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre for the upcoming Broadway Across Canada show, the anticipation for Frozen the musical making its way to Vancouver is palpable, with most tickets already sold. With the hit show running for 16 shows in Vancouver, kids, musical lovers and Disney adults alike can expect quite the production as Disney spectacle seemingly have an unlimited budget.

If you’re not the musical type but still want to join in on the fun, Beaucoup Bakery and Cafe features a one-of-a-kind limited-edition collaboration with Frozen—no singing necessary. Sweets include blackberry cassis macaron frais, blue curaçao calamansi, and blue raspberry madeleines. So maybe the question is: Do you want to build a doughman?

“We’re excited to collaborate with Broadway Across Canada and develop some special treats for the iconic Frozen,” shares Betty Hung, co-owner of Beaucoup, in a release. “We took inspiration from the blue hues of the musical, as well as Elsa’s shimmery dress. We look forward to watching the show while it’s here in Vancouver!”
