For over 20 years, the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts team has, through its six-month to two-year programming, trained aspiring chefs, bakers, and other food professionals. Currently at the tail-end of bidding farewell and good luck to their recent round of graduates, PICA has announced a new program will join its rotation this fall.

A new six-month Hospitality in Food and Beverage Diploma program is now available for registration, with intake dates set for September this year and April 2025. The new program takes students beyond the kitchen and educates them on the administrative portion of hospitality. Students will learn management, operational, and marketing skills from PICA’s instructors, who have real-life experience.

The Food and Beverage Diploma program joins  offerings that include Baking and Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, Grand Diploma Culinary and Baking and Pastry Arts program, and a two-year Grand Diploma and Industry CO-OP program.
