J-pop group Atarashii Gakko! is coming to the PNE Forum

Japanese girl group Atarasshii Gakko! is on a hot streak.

Fresh off a performance at Coachella, the foursome has found new fans in North America with songs like “OTONABLUE” going viral on TikTok. News also dropped recently that band will be performing the opening theme for Netflix’s newest anime creation, Baki Hanma Vs Kengan Ashura.

Known for their sailor-fuku uniforms—which resemble Japanese school girl outfits from the 1970s or ‘80s—and dynamic dance moves choreographed by the group members themselves, AG! promises to bring the energy of multiple genres to their Vancouver stop, which takes place on September 26 at the PNE Forum.
