Fresh off opening-act duty on Taylor Swift’s monolithic Eras Tour, pop-chanteuse Sabrina Carpenter is headed to Vancouver as a headliner. The 25-year-old will play the Pacific Coliseum on November 4 in support of her upcoming album Short n’ Sweet, due out this August. Tickets go on sale June 28.

One of those rare artists who’s made the successful move from acting to music, Carpenter started out on shows like The Goodwin Games, Disney’s Girl Meets World, and Adventures in Babysitting. She launched a singer career in 2014, finally gaining traction with the synth-pop hit “Skin” in 2021.

So far in 2024, Carpenter is having something of a year, winning raves for her performances at high-profile festivals like Coachella and the Governor’s Ball, and popping up as the musical guest on the season finale of Saturday Night Live.

The Carpenter-penned “Espresso”—the first single off of Short n’ Sweet—has gone Platinum while also shooting to the top five of the Billboard charts. Admit it—no matter how much of a music snob you might be, there are days where this pure-pop bonbon lives in your head on endless repeat. Especially when she sings, “I can’t relate to desperation/My ‘give a fucks’ are on vacation.”
