Grab the popcorn—multi-hyphenate Vancouverite Colin Cowan will soon be debuting his comedy special, Live to Tape, online for free.

Filmed at China Cloud Studios on Main Street—of which Cowan is a founder—the special will be released on the comedian’s YouTube channel on April 1 at 5pm.

Music fans and TV lovers alike may recognize Cowan from other ventures. His career spans over two decades in Vancouver; from making music with his band, Destroyer (and his other music project, Elastic Stars), to hitting local comedy stages, and making a few cameos in film and TV.

His decorated resume includes appearances in CBC's This Is That, NBC & Prime Video's Trial & Error, and performances at prestigious events like Just For Laughs and The Second City. 

Most often, you’ll find him hosting COMEDY WORLD every second and fourth Friday at China Cloud.
