I must confess; I have never once been to Tim Hortons.

Not only that, they REALLY need to brush up on their coffee. It tastes like hot water. They should also start baking their donuts on site instead of reheating frozen ones imported from Quebec.

Restaurant Brands International operates as the parent company of both Tim Hortons and Burger King, with the majority shareholder being 3G Capital, a multinational investment firm based in Brazil.

Mmm, wholesome Canadian, hockey supporting Tim Hortons. Fun Fact: when you donate money to Tim Hortons charity or Restaurant Brands International/3G capital, they give to that charity and that provides them with a corporate tax write-off. How about bypassing the corporation and giving directly to a charity yourself?

Years ago, they used to sell these big long johns with whipped cream and sprinkles on top. I think they called them "fancy doughnuts." They cost extra but it was worth it. I wish those were back.
They also tried selling beyond meat burgers recently and I thought they were pretty good. They should bring those back too.

Even the chilli they have now has been watered down. It tastes like shit.

I had forgotten about that! It was so good! I also miss raisin scones. I used to get one double toasted with butter and and slice of cheese inside. Now their food all gives me diarrhea. I cannot eat it.

Tim Hortons really dropped the ball in their customer service. Look at the kind of people that they hire to serve coffee.
