Long-loved Toronto-founded ramen joint Kinton Ramen is continuing its Lower Mainland rollout with two new locations.

The first, located at 420 Robson Street, has already soft-opened. Its official grand opening will take place on April 12 at 11am, offering 50 per cent off all dine-in ramen for that day only. Following that weekend, the 28-seat restaurant will be open daily from 11am to midnight.

The second addition, located at 434 Southwest Marine Drive, is set to open later in April. With 38 seats, it’ll serve warming bowls of ramen from 11am to 11pm daily.

The menu at both new spots will be developed by Kinton executie chef Aki Urata, and will feature the chain’s classic bowls of ramen available in chicken, slow-cooked pork, and vegetarian broth—plus a new 100 per cent beef broth.

“We’ve been so grateful for our friends, family, and guests across Vancouver who have shown so much love for the Kinton Ramen experience,” says Kinton’s parent group founder and CEO James Kim. “We look forward to serving people happiness in our two new locations on Robson Street and Marine Gateway this spring.”

Kinton Ramen already has Vancouver locations in Point Grey, North Vancouver, and Surrey.
