Summer is about to get sweeter! Vancouver’s music scene will alight once again with the return of Westward Music Festival.

Presented by MRG Live, the fest is set to take place during the day on June 22 and 23 at Mount Pleasant’s City Centre Artist Lodge, along with a few other venues for its evening shows.

The lodge’s outdoor stage in the parking lot will play host to 1,000 attendees; in the evenings, the fest transitions to the Fox Cabaret, Biltmore Cabaret, and Red Gate Arts Society—all within walking distance of the City Centre Artist Lodge.

This year’s headliners are rapper Mick Jenkins and indie pop star Cherry Glazerr, both set to celebrate their 2023 album releases (The Patience and I Don’t Want You Anymore, respectively), with other artists yet to be announced.

Early bird weekend passes will be available starting tomorrow (March 28), but only a limited number will be available to the general public—so set your alarms. Also, 24-hour advance purchase is available to those who sign up at here.
