Summer Event Series offers no shortage of variety at the Amazing Brentwood

As entertainment smorgasbords go, it’s definitely a varied one, with the Amazing Brentwood hosting everything from Bollyfusion to rumble boxing during its upcoming Summer Event Series.

The five-week event, announced today, will run from July 8 to August 6, and features local musicians, art lessons, DJ showcases, salsa dancing, plaza parties, dance classes, and more. The Summer Event Series launches on July 8 with a multicultural drum festival. Artists performing over the five weeks include NaRai, Marie Hui, Antonio Larosa, and Sound Cinema.

Things wrap August 4 with Party on the Plaza, featuring face painting by Oui Entertain, a Yuzu Lemonade Stand from Earls, Small Bites from R+D Kitchen by White Spot, and a Bella Gelateria Gelato Cart.

All action takes place at the Amazing Brentwood, a 280-acre project which continues to reimagine the former Brentwood Mall at Willingdon and Lougheed Highway.
