Canada’s wettest city is about to get even wetter.

The Taboo sex show is slinking into Raincouver from February 2 to 4 at the Vancouver Convention Centre. The website is, um, chaotic to say the least, but as far as we can tell, attendees will have all sorts of sex-positive vendors, shows, informational sessions, and displays to peruse.

Live performances from the likes of Luminesque Dance, InnerCity Circus, Tantra Fitness, Ava Fitness, Canadian Playboyz (excellent name), and penis painter (!) Brent Ray Fraser are scheduled throughout the weekend.

Seminars include What do OnlyFans Millionaires Look Like?; Masturbation Reclamation; and Cannabis in the Bedroom, while exhibitors include Cristal Sawatzky boudoir photos, Smoosh sex toys, and E-Sensuals lingerie. There’s also a Kink Theatre with its own seminars, ranging from The Power of Sensual Flogging to Bondage 101.

Whether you’re showing up with a monogamous partner, multiple ethically non-monogamous partners, a group of platonic pals, or, heck, by yourself (props), Taboo promises one thing for all: a safe, inclusive space to explore sexuality and intimacy. Will it be awkward or hot? Probably a little of both. But isn’t trying something different such a turn-on?
