The Black Crowes have reunited, and were in town on April 16 with the Happyness Bastards tour—in support of the band’s newest studio album of the same name.

Lead singer Chris Robinson showed the crowd at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre that he is still a premier frontman with top-shelf energy that commands attention and vocals that still get the job done. Brother Rich Robinson rocked his way through the iconic list of oldies and some great new songs with that signature Black Crowes tone.

Just under an hour and 45 minutes was not hard to handle.
