Updated: missing 66-year-old man last seen on September 23 found deceased

      Update: Surrey RCMP stated today (February 11) that Allan McCrea, who was reported missing on September 26, was located deceased and that his death is not considered suspicious. No further details are being released.

      Update (October 9, 2019): Surrey RCMP is renewing a call for help in locating 66-year-old Allan McCrea, who was last seen on September 23 and remains missing.

      Surrey RCMP released two additional photos of McCrea.

      He was last seen in the 15900 block of Fraser Highway (he had previously been reported as being last seen in the 16700 block of Fraser Highway). At the time, he was wearing a blue denim shirt, a black jacket, blue jeans, and Sperry brand beige shoes. 

      A description of McCrea and where he was last seen is listed below.

      Surrey RCMP and family members are concerned about a 66-year-old man whose current whereabouts remain unknown.

      Allan McCrea was reported missing on September 26.

      McCrea is described as a white male who is 165 centimetres (five-feet, five-inches) tall and weighs 77 kilograms (170 pounds). He has blue eyes and dark-brown long hair.

      He was last seen wearing a baseball cap and jeans.

      Anyone with information about McCrea is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 or, to make an anonymous report, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
