I wish I had a boss at work that had a personality exactly like Jim Henson, the creator of the Muppets. Henson never raised his voice at any his employees. Even if they made mistakes, he helped them focus on their strengths rather than their weaknesses. A smart, savvy businessman with a shrewd nature, yet gentle, soft spoken, patient and kind. Gone too soon.

Well said. Did you happen to catch the latest documentary on Disney+ about Jim Henson? It’s called Jim Henson: Idea Man. Lots of interesting footage and great interviews. Highly recommended!

Jim Henson makes way a better boss than Walt Disney. From what I’ve read, Disney often micromanaged his employees and had a lot of insecurities. Don’t even get me started on Elon. The mighty Musk is a little more than a dangerous extremist… no wonder so many employees quit Twitter after being there for so long. Even celebrities closed their accounts.
