Highway of Tears suspect RCMP will hold a news conference this morning to discuss a DNA link between a deceased U.S. convict and itinerant roofer, Bobby Jack Fowler, and one of the numerous women who were murdered or went missing along B.C.'s notorious Highway of Tears between Prince George and Prince Rupert.

Retail sales recover B.C. retail sales rose 0.7 percent between June and July and 2.8 percent on an annual basis, according to Statistics Canada.
