New traditions are something to be celebrated, especially when they include food.

Returning over Victoria Day weekend for the third consecutive year, Main Street restaurant ¿CóMO? Taperia and catering icons the Paella Guys are pairing up to bring their Patio Paella Series back to hungry customers.

Taking place over eight Sundays through the summer and early autumn at ¿CóMO?, the outdoor paella party is sure to sell fast.

According to ¿CóMO? co-owner Shaun Layton, they have “regular guests from past years who buy tickets as soon as they go on sale,” adding in a statement that they “are definitely turning this into an annual event.”

It is about the experience as much as the food.

“As people arrive, they can see the full process of how paella is made,” says Layton. “And during that time, which is usually about an hour, they can order and enjoy tapas, conservas, and drinks with their friends.” 

Each ticket is good for one serving of Paella Mixta: a Spanish rice dish that contains chicken, seafood, and vegetables.
