Merry Christmas cocktail pop-up season to all those who celebrate.

Regardless of where your religious beliefs lie, it’s hard not to get swept up in the whimsical decor and festive treats that are borne out of the Christmas season. Not everyone likes a Christmas carol, but just about everyone likes a Christmas cocktail—just slap me with some gingerbread and call me Mrs. Clause!

Anyway, an exciting addition to this year’s holiday pop-up circuit is the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s Kringle’s bar, which runs the entire month of December. Located in the lobby (just look for the giant advent calendar, which will reveal daily prizes), Kringle’s promises plenty of plush corners, sparkling lights, and, of course, a menu to match.

Which means everything from house-made eggnog (with bourbon) and a winter daiquiri (with “winter syrup” and cranberry) to a special martini menu (!), charcuterie and pull-apart brioche, and a pumpkin pie trifle.

Clear out your camera roll in preparation, because you’re going to need the memory space for this.
